Doctor who midnight. #10: The Talley (the enemy mentioned who used the boxes) were the watchers of time and space prior to the rise of Gallifrey and the Time Lords. By the time that The ships that existed in the episode were created they had mastered many aspects of time travel that Gallifrey had not yet achieved (11th doctor mentions this. The Doctor uses the boxes as a method to return the people to life just as they were before the signal was sent. This implies that the Doctor uses some of this temporal technology to revive these dead into a state just after or just before their hearts stopped. #9: You can hear the Time Lord Arrive in a tardis. Though the Doctor is constantly allowing his tardis to remain broken with it's chameleon circuit it has been revealed that the the Time Lords will observe multiple societies throughout their history by cloaking their capsules by any means they deem fit including invisible. #8: This has been an ongoing theme within the Doctors history. The Doctor and the Master have said that they were boy young boys who played together. That they went to the time lord school together. This implies that the master has explored more than the Doctor. It was revealed in that very episode that the Master was able to amass technology not allowed by the Time Lords. The potion that is used in the End of Time is from the Sisters of Karn and is the same used to resurrect the 8th doctor after his death to force a regeneration. In the classical series The five Doctors episode it is revealed that the Master has gone through several bodies one of whom had been to the area where Rassilon existed. In that same episode it is shown that the Master wants the same eternal regenerations that Rassilon has. The reason for time lord limitations on regeneration is Rassilon himself realizing that he wanted to be immortal alone. He put genetic limiters into the entire population of the Timelords to prevent any gallifreyan from passing 13. However in the last episode christmas special of the 11th doctor it is shown that gallifrey can not only remove that marker but induce unlimited regenerations. River gifted her regeneration energy to the 11th doctor to ensure he would live. She only lost all her regenerations because she isn't a timelord and therefore couldn't control what she was doing. In the Angels Take Manhattan you see the Doctor easily heal RIver without using a lot of energy. They doctor also does the same thing on the Dalek homeworld. Controlling how much energy was fed to the daleks. It is therefore highly plausible that the master has unlocked immortality and is only temporarily killed after being killed by something that prevents regeneration. #6:The Doctor's age: is a translation problem and the doctor being scatter headed. He tries to use the time tables of the planet he is on to express his age. The problem is the doctor has been to many many many worlds and is rarely attaching the right year metric to his lifespan. It is also highly implied that the doctor is the Rebirth (not regeneration) of a Timelord known as the other. Similar to how the Master was brought back from death this other as he is called was one of the three timelords with rassilon and Omega to rebuild timelord society. It is also implied that though rassilon is a great politician that he stole most of his ideas from both Omega and the Other. The doctor is also meeting up with his other selves on multiple occasions. One of these future selves could be what he refers to as his current age (hence why the war doctor asks the 11th how old they are now. They you have years past since his birth year in actual chronology to the present date. It is believed that when the 3rd doctor referenced his age to his current assistant this was his intention. #5: Romonas regenerations is what is actually happens with timelords. The second to third doctor is forced to regeneration by the timelords. Timelords have shown not just the capacity (like the sisters of Karn) but the willingness to regenerate when nearing the end to avoid death. In a conversation that is rushed over in the Invasion of time the fourth doctor passes by two time lords one of which is discussing just how he is approaching his time for another regeneration as his body is getting old. Due to Romana being more intelligent than the doctor in this field of expertise it would stand to reason she could use the Tardis' s systems (that existed) to assist in regenerations. The Doctors regenerations are so traumatic and damaging because he is not on gallifrey being assisted by other timelords. Imagine giving birth in the middle of nowhere by yourself and the contrast to giving birth in a full staffed and technologically up to date hospital. #4; meh, the Daleks asylum forcefield was designed to keep them in and them out not other species exactly. That would include their weapons. This means that the daleks would have need of someone not a dalek to enter the asylum which they casually do with the Doctor, Amy, and Rory. #3: The answer to this is given in the episode itself. The Doctor tells Amy not to read to far ahead of the book lest she read something that is dangerous. That by reading the book she is creating fixed points in time that MUST happen. In the scene where they are trying to figure out what to do to find Rory after he disappears again River suggests looking at the chapter list. We have seen the Doctor very quickly read entire books in minutes. A few pages would be nothing. It would take him very little time to see the last chapter, be unable to control himself, and read the final pages of Amy turning around and saying goodbye. When they announced this new "vision" bringing in a female Doctor I tried to keep an open mind. However, I'm done. It doesn't work for me. She isn't good as the Doctor, completely uninteresting.
To her defense, the writing is trash and all these companions just make it a cluster of nonsense. I am tired of all the PC agendas and every show needing to become inclusive and make everyone happy while destroying everything that made the franchise a success.
The worst part of all, this dumpster fire is now going to lead to the show being canned once again. That'll be a truly sad day.
